One look vs. a full wedding
Why ₹50,000 is rarely the final number.
₹50,000 is the price of one bridal look. Almost no Jaipur wedding has one function. A typical three-day schedule runs mehendi, sangeet, the wedding and often a reception — and each of those is a separate bridal look, priced separately. Travel and stay, by contrast, are quoted once for the entire trip, which is why a four-function wedding does not cost four times a one-function wedding.
Each look above is quoted at ₹50,000. Travel, hotel and local transport go on once, at cost, covering the entire trip — they are not repeated for each function or each day.

How much does bridal makeup cost in Jaipur?

Is travel included in the Rs 50,000?

What does a three-day Jaipur wedding cost in total?

Why is each function priced separately?
Because each function is a different look, done from the start - a fresh base, different hairstyling and a different drape. A sangeet look is not the wedding-day look touched up, so it is not priced as a touch-up.
Are touch-ups charged extra?
No. Touch-ups during the function that look covers are part of that look price. A completely new look for a later function is quoted as another look.
Will a local Jaipur artist be cheaper?
Usually yes, because there is no travel or accommodation on the bill. What a local booking does not give you is an artist whose work you have already agreed on your own face, or the same hands across every function. Both are reasonable choices for different priorities.
Do prices change in peak wedding season?
The look prices are the published starting figures. What moves with the season is travel and accommodation, which are quoted at cost - both are higher through the winter wedding peak and for late bookings.
Does a venue outside Jaipur cost more?
It can. A fort or palace an hour outside the city means longer travel days, earlier call times and sometimes an extra night, all of which show up in the travel and accommodation lines rather than in the look price.
Is a deposit required, and how is the balance paid?
An advance confirms the date, and the balance follows the terms written into your quote. Get the package, the looks, the travel and the stay agreed on paper before any advance is sent.
Is the consultation charged?
No. The consultation is not billed separately. It is scheduled once your date is booked, in person if you are in Pune or otherwise by video call, and covers the look for each function, your outfits and jewellery, and the skin-prep plan for the weeks before the wedding.
Can I get the quote in writing before I commit?
Yes, and you should. Share your date, venue and function list on WhatsApp and an itemised written quote follows, with each look and each cost on its own line.
How far ahead should we book for a Jaipur date?
As early as your date and venue are fixed. Destination dates need longer lead time than local bookings, and booking early also keeps travel and accommodation costs lower.
