Belek · Between beach and fairway
A resort laid out between the Mediterranean and a 27-hole Nick Faldo course. Greens at sunset make a soft, unusual backdrop for pheras, and the resort’s size handles a large guest list.
The resort
Golden hour on the greens
Mothers and sisters first, in a family suite.
Prep and base designed for open, unshaded light.
Outfit on, dupatta pinned at more points for open-air wind.
A few extra minutes to settle the lehenga on arrival.
Soft light, long shadows; one artist at the mandap.
A fresher, glowing evening look.

Space for everyone
Cornelia Diamond opened in 2008 and was laid out with golfers in mind: the course is a walk or buggy ride from the rooms, and the beach is on the other side. For a wedding, that layout means the three main settings, beach, gardens and greens, are all close together.
With 575 rooms and eight pools, the resort can house a large Indian wedding. Rooms with garden terraces or pool access suit the bride and close family; we ask for the family makeup room to be in the same block as the bride.
Sunset over the greens is soft and golden, a different mood from the sea. If you plan two looks for the main day, a course portrait before the evening change works beautifully.
Family plan
Mothers, aunts and sisters in a single room close to the bride, with staggered start times.
One artist stays free once the first function begins, for touch-ups across the resort.

Tejaswini
Tejaswini is the artist who will do your bridal looks at Cornelia Diamond. She has worked as an Indian bridal makeup artist since 2012, teaches at her own academy in Pune, and plans every wedding function against the next so that a fairway pheras and an indoor reception look like the same bride, at her best in both.
