This is the part most couples want spelled out rather than summarised, so here it is in full.
Tejaswini travels to England on a dedicated trip built around one wedding, not a tour with several bookings squeezed into a fortnight. The booked dates are blocked out end to end, including the days either side, so there is no scenario where a second client’s function competes with yours. For a London wedding she flies into Heathrow or Gatwick and books accommodation close to the first getting-ready location rather than wherever is cheapest, because a transfer across London at four in the morning is not a risk worth taking to save a night’s rate.
She lands with a deliberate buffer — normally two to three clear days before the first function, never the night before. That buffer exists for three reasons: flight disruption, recovering from a long-haul overnight so the first pre-dawn start is worked fresh, and having time on the ground to run a physical trial in London if you have asked for one. Flight numbers and arrival dates are shared with you in writing once booked, so the plan is something you can see rather than something you are told about.
The full professional kit travels with her as hand luggage wherever airline rules allow, with backups of the products that matter most split across bags.
