Puglia · the Adriatic coast
Pale stone courtyards, ancient olive trees and the Adriatic a few minutes away. Puglia is Italy’s best region for a big, sunny, three-day Indian wedding on one property.

Please note that Tejaswini is based in Pune, India and flies to Puglia with her own artists. Every destination booking is planned months before anyone boards a plane.
Travel, Schengen visa and stay costs for every team member are the client’s responsibility, always shown separately.
In one paragraph
Tejaswini’s India-based team covers Puglia weddings end to end: bridal makeup and hair for each function, draping, and makeup for the family and bridal party. The team lands at least a day before the first event and stays at the resort. Flights from India, Schengen visas and rooms for the team are paid by the client and shown separately in the quote.
Puglia suits families who want a large wedding in one place: resorts and masserie with enough rooms and courtyards for several hundred guests and every function, plus beaches and whitewashed towns nearby.

Your artist in Puglia
The person behind this page is Tejaswini, a Pune-born bridal makeup artist who has styled more than a thousand brides since 2012. She runs Tejaswini Makeup Studio & Academy in Baner and still takes every bridal booking herself.
Puglia is bright, white and warm. Sun bouncing off pale stone is hard on heavy makeup. Her signature, a thin, sweat-resistant base with clean definition around the eyes, holds up and still looks like skin.
Big resort weddings also need a big team, sized from your function list and planned on paper before anyone flies.
Where the weddings happen
Almost every large Indian wedding in Puglia happens around Savelletri and Fasano, between Bari and Brindisi on the Adriatic. Borgo Egnazia, Masseria San Domenico and Masseria Torre Maizza are all within a few minutes of each other there, among olive groves running down to the sea.
The region’s classic sights are close: Polignano a Mare on its cliffs, the trulli of Alberobello, and the white hill town of Ostuni, each 20 to 40 minutes away, which makes them ideal for portrait sessions.
For makeup, one property for everything is the dream. The team stays on site, mornings start without a commute and the bride can rest between functions.

Allow this much time
Rough door-to-door estimates. Traffic, ferries and season change them, so we add a buffer to every one.
Puglia’s roads are easy, so coaches work well for guests. For portrait outings to Polignano or Alberobello we do the full look at the resort and bring a touch-up kit.

Light and setting
Puglia gives you strong sun on white stone by day and warm, lantern-lit evenings. Each function’s makeup is planned for the light and heat it will face.

Bright Mediterranean light and real heat. A light, sweat-resistant base, cream colour on the cheeks and a cool, high hairstyle.

Sea air and evening humidity. A matte-satin base that will not slide, sculpted eyes and a style that holds through hours of dancing.

Sun reflecting off the sea and white stone. Long-wear, humidity-proof products, no heavy highlighter and the dupatta fixed against wind.

Warm night light over the water. A refreshed base, a deeper lip and lashes that still read in candle-lit photographs.
