Your wedding functions
Planning an Indian wedding at Masseria San Domenico? At a Puglia masseria or resort, a dedicated indoor bridal room helps separate preparation from outdoor celebrations. Build a different look for daytime functions and evening events, with time for jewellery, hair and dupatta changes.
Plan your wedding-day makeup with the hairstyle, saree or lehenga draping, dupatta and jewellery placement. Share skin preferences and reference looks so the finish suits your outfit and the ceremony light.
Build a lighter look for daytime celebrations and a more defined look for the sangeet or cocktail evening. Each booked function has its own ready-by time and outfit-change plan.
Discuss soft glam or a more defined evening finish, the reception hairstyle and the time needed to change after the ceremony. HD makeup preferences can be discussed at consultation; product choices depend on your skin and look.
Share a list of mothers, sisters, bridesmaids and other guests who need makeup and hairstyling. The quote confirms the number of artists and which services are booked for each person.
Italy wedding makeup prices are quoted for your dates, functions and team size. Ask for an itemised quote separating bridal services, family makeup, agreed touch-ups and travel. Confirm flights, accommodation, meals, local transfers and the documentation needed for each travelling artist before booking. There is no fixed package price for every Italian venue.
Punjabi, Sikh, Hindu, South Indian, Maharashtrian and other Indian and South Asian bridal traditions can have different hair, jewellery and draping requirements. Share the ceremony details when enquiring; venue permission for the ceremony is arranged separately by your planner.

A little history
Masseria San Domenico grew up around a 15th-century watchtower near the Adriatic, once linked to the Knights of Malta, and became a working farm surrounded by olive groves. It was one of the first masserie in Puglia to become a luxury hotel.
Today it is run by the same family behind Borgo Egnazia, with a large seawater pool, a spa and gardens among ancient olive trees.
For a bride, it offers a calm, classic setting: a suite in the old buildings, portraits among the olives and a ceremony in the gardens.

The wedding day
We ask for a room with good window light and a second room close by for family makeup, so the bride’s room stays calm.
Family looks run in parallel with the bridal skin prep, timed so nobody waits in the corridor.
Hydration, primer and a base built for dappled olive-grove light and warm evenings.
Maang tikka, nath and dupatta set with the outfit on, checked from every angle the photographer will use.
Olive-grove portraits in dappled late-afternoon light.
Gravel and grass paths need flat shoes until the mandap; we plan the change.
The terrace is lit by lanterns, so the evening look adds warmth. Allow 60–75 minutes for the change.
