Kuruçeşme · European shore
Istanbul’s urban resort: a pine grove, indoor and outdoor pools, a garden terrace and three ballrooms on the water, about ten minutes past Ortaköy.
Quick answer
Yes. Her team flies from India for weddings at the hotel and covers every look for the bride, family and bridal party. The team’s flights, Turkish visas and rooms are paid by the family, and the quote shows them separately from the artist fee.
The property
Pools, a pine-shaded garden and a waterfront terrace give a resort pace without leaving Istanbul.
Contemporary rooms with Ottoman touches and large windows, good for natural-light makeup.
Three ballrooms, a garden terrace and the pool area let each function feel different.
The shorefront restaurant and lounge suit a welcome dinner or an after-party.
About 3,500 m² with hammams; ideal for pre-wedding relaxation if timed early.
Between Ortaköy and Bebek, away from the busiest stretch of the shore.
Mehendi by the pool
A fresh, dewy base with SPF and soft eyes. About 90 minutes.
Braids or a low bun, kept off the hands and shoulders.
Shade and fans for the bride; the artist checks shine every hour.
Powder, a deeper lip and a little more definition as the light drops.
Family photographs at blue hour with the strait behind.

The neighbourhood

Kuruçeşme’s rhythm
Kuruçeşme lies between Ortaköy and Bebek on a stretch of the Bosphorus best known for waterfront restaurants and clubs. Mandarin Oriental sits back from the road in a grove of pines, which gives it a sense of distance from the city while still being ten minutes from Ortaköy Mosque.
That pine grove is useful for makeup and photography. It filters harsh afternoon light, keeps the poolside cooler for a long mehendi session, and gives a green backdrop that flatters warm bridal skin tones.
The hotel opened in August 2021, so its rooms are among the newest on the shore: large windows, light finishes and good bathrooms for the team to work in. Each of the 100 rooms faces the water, and suites offer enough space for a bride and a couple of relatives to get ready together.
