Istanbul · Pre-wedding shoot
Cobbled streets under Galata Tower, a sunset on the Bosphorus, the domes of the old city at first light. Istanbul gives a pre-wedding album the feel of a film, and Tejaswini’s India-based team makes sure the bride looks like herself in every frame.

Please read first
Tejaswini’s studio is in Pune, India, and there is no Turkish branch or local stand-in working under her name. Destination work is planned months ahead, so flights and rooms are fixed long before the first function.
Return flights, Turkish visas and accommodation for the team are paid by the client and appear on separate lines of the quote.
Why Istanbul
The idea
Unlike a single dramatic landscape, Istanbul rewards couples who plan a sequence: an early-morning look among the domes of Sultanahmet before the crowds, a relaxed street-style look in Karaköy and Galata at midday, and an evening look on the water as the sun drops behind the old city. Each chapter needs its own outfit, hairstyle and makeup.
Plan the looks around the map, not just the mood.
That is where planning matters. City locations are spread out and traffic is real, so the order of looks has to follow the map, not just the mood. We work with your photographer to plan where each change happens, usually at the hotel or in a private room near the next location, never on a pavement.
Istanbul also asks for respect at its religious sites. Mosques are working places of worship; shoots around them happen outside, with modest outfits, and the photographer handles any permissions needed for palaces or private terraces.

Your artist
Tejaswini has styled more than a thousand brides since 2012 and runs a studio and private academy in Baner, Pune. She leads every bridal look herself, and for a pre-wedding shoot that means the face in your city album is the same face you will see in your wedding photographs.
Her style is light and photographic. Street-style frames in natural light show skin texture clearly, so she keeps bases thin and well-prepared; evening frames on the Bosphorus get stronger definition and a richer lip. Every look is decided in advance, in two planning conversations using your real outfits and jewellery.
Her destination work so far has been across India, with brides also travelling from abroad to be styled by her. For Istanbul she plans changes and travel times with your photographer, so the shoot runs on a written timetable rather than guesswork.
