Please read first

India-based team, travelling to Four Seasons Marrakech.

Tejaswini’s studio is in Pune, India. There is no Morocco office and no local artist working under our name. For your wedding at Four Seasons Resort Marrakech, the same artists who planned your looks fly out from India, land at least two clear days before the first function and stay until the last one.

Because the team travels internationally, three things are always arranged and paid for by the client: return flights for each team member, their Morocco visa arrangements, and accommodation in Morocco. They sit on separate lines of the quote, so you always see exactly what is artist fee and what is travel. Below is exactly how a Morocco booking runs, step by step.

Step 1 · The wedding

Your looks, planned before we fly

  • Video consultation for every function: outfits, jewellery and references.
  • A written look-plan for mehndi, sangeet, wedding and reception.
  • Final bridal-party numbers confirmed about 60 days out — this sets the team size.
  • A trial after arrival is subject to availability, schedule and fees; agree it in the quotation.
Step 2 · Travel

Flights for the team

  • Team: Tejaswini plus hair and extra artists as your numbers need.
  • We send names, passport details and suggested timings; the client books and pays return flights.
  • Compare current routes to Marrakech, including transit requirements and checked-baggage allowances.
  • Please allow checked baggage — the kit travels with the team.
Step 3 · Visas

Morocco visa arrangements

  • Check each team member’s passport, visa eligibility and permissions for the planned professional services before booking travel.
  • The client covers agreed visa costs. The application route and responsibilities are confirmed in the written booking.
  • Confirm the required documents with the official visa portal or Moroccan consulate; application and border-entry requirements differ.
  • Start permission and visa checks early, allowing time for additional documents or a consular application.
Step 4 · Stay

Hotel and on-ground

  • Rooms for the team at Four Seasons Resort Marrakech or within a few minutes of it.
  • Twin-sharing is fine; what matters is being close to the bride for early starts.
  • Airport and venue transfers arranged with your planner or hotel.
  • A quiet room or corner near the bride’s suite for the kit.

Included in our fee

  • Bridal makeup and hairstyling for each booked function
  • Saree, lehenga and dupatta draping; jewellery setting
  • Family and bridal-party makeup, per person as quoted
  • All professional products and kit
  • Look planning, video consultations and touch-up support as agreed in the quotation

Arranged and paid by the client

  • Return flights from India for every team member
  • Applicable visa and permission costs for the team
  • Accommodation in Morocco for the full stay
  • Airport and local transfers between venues
  • Any excess baggage charges for the kit

Before travel is booked, confirm the team’s entry route and any permissions needed for paid bridal services with the Moroccan consulate and your planner. A guest’s tourist entry route should not be assumed to cover a working vendor. Check current eligibility on Accès Maroc. Trials and touch-up attendance must be listed in your quotation.

The resort is designed like a modern palace: riad-style courtyards, arcades and fountains spread over forty acres of landscaped gardens. There are 141 rooms — 79 in the main building, 34 pavilion rooms, 25 suites and three garden villas — plus two main pools, one for adults and one for families, and a spa with hammam.

Four Seasons lists the Agdal Ballroom at 400 guests for a banquet or 500 for a standing reception. Le Grand Jardin provides an outdoor option. These are different layouts, not one wedding capacity: allow for the mandap, stage, dance floor and catering before confirming your guest count.

Location is its other advantage. It is across the road from the Menara Gardens, ten minutes from the airport and close enough to the medina for guests to explore between functions. For families flying in from the UK and India with children and grandparents, that ease is often the deciding factor.

Venue details checked against available official information in October 2026. Confirm event capacities, accommodation, vendor access, ceremony fire permissions, music curfews and a weather alternative in your venue contract. View the hotel’s official information. The photographs and bridal work shown here do not document a Tejaswini wedding at this hotel.

The bridal party is the timelineWith a big family, mothers, sisters and cousins can add hours to the morning. We plan a second room and a second artist so the bride’s sitting is never rushed.
Ballroom flashIndoor receptions are photographed with flash. The base avoids white cast and heavy shimmer so the bride looks like herself in every frame.
Children and long daysFamily resorts mean busy, warm, long days. Looks are built to last and be refreshed, not redone.
Close to the airportTen minutes from the airport helps the team’s arrival — but we still land at least two days before the first function.

On video

The getting-ready room, as it really runs.

For a big family wedding, the morning is as important as the look.

Your bridal bestie

The bride and the whole bridal party, on one schedule.

Four looks, no repeats

Four functions, four looks, one bride.

Modern glam, start to finish

The full sitting — time it for your wedding morning.

Getting-ready logistics

Logistics for a large Four Seasons wedding.

More people in the chair means more planning before anyone flies.

Send the likely maximum number of people needing hair and makeup at enquiry, not the current count. It decides how many artists travel from India — and therefore how many flights, visa arrangements and rooms the client arranges.

Ask the hotel for the bride’s suite and a second room nearby for family makeup. The bride works with Tejaswini in calm; family makeup runs in parallel next door. Both schedules are written down and shared with your planner.

The resort’s closeness to the airport helps if any family members fly in late. It does not change the team’s arrival: two clear days before the first function, flight details shared in writing.

Fair questions

What families ask about a big Four Seasons wedding.

Raised plainly, because they are reasonable.

“Thirty people need makeup. Can a travelling team cope?”A very common question for big family weddings.
Yes, if the number is known earlyThe team size is set from your numbers before travel. Extra artists fly with Tejaswini; the bride’s sitting is protected.
“Why not use local artists for the family?”It is an option, and some families do.
One look across the family photographsA single team keeps the bridal party consistent with the bride. But if you prefer local artists for guests, we will coordinate timings with them.
