We are based in India and fly to Palais Namaskar.

Tejaswini’s studio is in Pune, India. There is no Morocco office and no local artist working under our name. For your wedding at Palais Namaskar, the same artists who planned your looks fly out from India, land at least two clear days before the first function and stay until the last one.

Because the team travels internationally, three things are always arranged and paid for by the client: return flights for each team member, their Morocco visa arrangements, and accommodation in Morocco. They sit on separate lines of the quote, so you always see exactly what is artist fee and what is travel. Below is exactly how a Morocco booking runs, step by step.

Step 1 · The wedding

Your looks, planned before we fly

  • Video consultation for every function: outfits, jewellery and references.
  • A written look-plan for mehndi, sangeet, wedding and reception.
  • Final bridal-party numbers confirmed about 60 days out — this sets the team size.
  • A trial after arrival is subject to availability, schedule and fees; agree it in the quotation.
Step 2 · Travel

Flights for the team

  • Team: Tejaswini plus hair and extra artists as your numbers need.
  • We send names, passport details and suggested timings; the client books and pays return flights.
  • Compare current routes to Marrakech, including transit requirements and checked-baggage allowances.
  • Please allow checked baggage — the kit travels with the team.
Step 3 · Visas

Morocco visa arrangements

  • Check each team member’s passport, visa eligibility and permissions for the planned professional services before booking travel.
  • The client covers agreed visa costs. The application route and responsibilities are confirmed in the written booking.
  • Confirm the required documents with the official visa portal or Moroccan consulate; application and border-entry requirements differ.
  • Start permission and visa checks early, allowing time for additional documents or a consular application.
Step 4 · Stay

Hotel and on-ground

  • Rooms for the team at Palais Namaskar or within a few minutes of it.
  • Twin-sharing is fine; what matters is being close to the bride for early starts.
  • Airport and venue transfers arranged with your planner or hotel.
  • A quiet room or corner near the bride’s suite for the kit.

Included in our fee

  • Bridal makeup and hairstyling for each booked function
  • Saree, lehenga and dupatta draping; jewellery setting
  • Family and bridal-party makeup, per person as quoted
  • All professional products and kit
  • Look planning, video consultations and touch-up support as agreed in the quotation

Arranged and paid by the client

  • Return flights from India for every team member
  • Applicable visa and permission costs for the team
  • Accommodation in Morocco for the full stay
  • Airport and local transfers between venues
  • Any excess baggage charges for the kit

Before travel is booked, confirm the team’s entry route and any permissions needed for paid bridal services with the Moroccan consulate and your planner. A guest’s tourist entry route should not be assumed to cover a working vendor. Check current eligibility on Accès Maroc. Trials and touch-up attendance must be listed in your quotation.

The architect Imaad Rahmouni designed Palais Namaskar to blend Oriental and contemporary styles with Moorish and Andalusian touches. Much of the resort seems to float: villas and restaurants sit over lagoons and reflecting pools that cover more than a hectare and a half, surrounded by five hectares of gardens.

There are 41 suites, villas and palaces, in three broad types — residences with private pools, pool villas with enclosed gardens, and three- or four-bedroom palaces. Large glass walls open the rooms onto the gardens and water, with views to the Atlas on one side and the Djebilet hills on the other. The resort opened within the Oetker Collection and is now run independently.

For Indian families, the name — namaskar — is a natural talking point. More practically, the palaces suit a bride and her family, and the event team can advise on ceremony and reception spaces for your guest list. Confirm the approved layout, music arrangements and a weather alternative.

Venue details checked against available official information in October 2026. Confirm event capacities, accommodation, vendor access, ceremony fire permissions, music curfews and a weather alternative in your venue contract. View the hotel’s official information. Glass walls give beautiful daylightVillas with glass walls are some of the best getting-ready spaces in Marrakech. Makeup is done facing the light for a true colour match.
Water doubles the glowLagoons reflect light upward onto the face. Highlighter is kept minimal so the bride glows rather than glares.
Minimal settings show everythingClean, modern interiors leave nowhere for heavy makeup to hide. Thin, skin-like bases work best.
Evening reflectionsAt night, lights on water create sparkle. Matte or satin skin keeps the focus on the bride, not on shine.

On video

Light, modern looks in motion.

The right look for a glass-and-water venue is lighter than most people expect.

Definition without heavy coverage.

Soft feminine glam

Getting-ready logistics

Practicalities at Palais Namaskar.

A Palmeraie resort, outside the city.

Palais Namaskar is on the Route de Bab Atlas in the Palmeraie. The team should stay at the resort or close by; rooms confirmed early allow the visa arrangements to be filed on time.

A palace or pool villa makes an ideal getting-ready suite: glass walls for daylight, privacy for the family and a garden for first-look photographs. The makeup station faces the glass for a true colour match.

With a mid-sized guest list, family makeup is usually manageable alongside the bride. Share the number at enquiry so the right team size travels from India.

Fair questions

What couples ask about Palais Namaskar.

Raised plainly, because they are reasonable.

“We want a modern look, not a traditional heavy one.”It suits the venue.
Skin-first and contemporarySheer bases and clean definition are the studio’s direction. Traditional depth is added where you want it — usually the pheras.
“Have you worked at Palais Namaskar?”A fair question.
Not yetMorocco is new for the studio. The portfolio and the written plan are the basis for your decision.
