Vanyavilas is a jungle camp built like a royal caravan: 25 tents scattered through gardens near the park gates. Weddings here are tiny and private, with a tiger safari often part of the programme.

About the camp
A royal caravan at the edge of the forest.
The Oberoi Vanyavilas was built as a jungle resort for tiger safaris in Ranthambore. Its 25 tents, with teak floors and canopied beds, are spread among gardens, lily ponds and mango trees.
There is no ballroom. Weddings use the gardens, the main lodge and the open-air spaces, for a guest list that fits the 25 tents or a full buyout.
Light here is green and dappled under trees, and evenings in winter are cool. Mornings start early if guests go on safari, which shifts the whole beauty schedule.

Worth doing
Plan safari mornings so they do not clash with the bride's prep
Use the gardens for portraits in late afternoon
Pack insect repellent for evening functions
Keep the look close to your natural face
Worth avoiding
Heavy glam for a garden ceremony
Glitter in a natural setting
Very long outfits on garden paths
Too many artists for a very small party
